Holiday Cupcakes in a Cup

The Holidays are one of my favorite times of the year. There's a crisp chill in the air, neighborhoods are decorated with pretty lights and colorful decorations, shops are lively and filled with spirited shoppers . . . and the best part is the treats! Lots and lots of fabulous, delicious treats!

Like many of you, one of my favorite things to do during the Holidays is to bake! How about creating these special treats for the coffee lovers in your life? They're super cute and will look like their favorite cup a joe! Bake your favorite cupcakes as usual and allow to cool. Unwrap and gently place in a mini cup. Top with a non-crusting buttercream or fluffy boiled icing (both shown here), your favorite sprinkles, yummy caramel and a straw for a delicious cup of Holiday spirit!
