1. What are Cupcake Scenesations treat kits made of?
Cupcake SCENEsations® products are made of high-quality, recyclable, food grade materials. The durable, two piece corrugated cardboard box is white on all sides for a sleek, attractive appearance. The clear PVC window is thicker than the typical bakery box window and allows for easy viewing of goods.

3. Are they washable?
As a corrugated cardboard product, the boxes are not made to be washed or put in the dishwasher. However, the outside of the box top and inside of the bottom tray (logo side), as well as the outside of the treat insert and kit pieces (borders, dividers, end pieces and treat toppers), are specially coated to help protect against simple grease marks and frosting spills. Those surfaces can be gently wiped down with a paper towel or cloth.
4. Are they Reuseable?
With food items in closed containers or wrappers, it is possible to reuse the boxes.
5. Can I purchase any pieces separately?
At this time, kits pieces are not sold separately.
Payments to 5A Concepts, LLC are processed through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card through PayPal’s checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout.
7. Currency and Sales Tax
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax (on order subtotal, without shipping).
8. PayPal Information
Please be sure your email address is correct when you checkout via PayPal. We will use that contact email should there be any issue or question regarding your order.
Please ensure your "Ship To" address is correct in the PayPal checkout process. Pursuant to PayPal's buyer and seller protection policies, we can only ship to the address listed in the PayPal checkout page.
9. Processing Times
We typically ship orders within 4-5 business days. If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will notify you.
10. U.S. Shipping
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and typically arrive within 3-5 business days in the continental U.S. If you need something faster, please contact us in advance with your specific deadline and shipping requests. Be sure to include a complete shipping address, the product you wish to order and quantity you are interested in purchasing. This will help us determine if your request is possible. We will certainly try to accommodate your needs.
We ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or national holidays. We require a physical shipping address, either residential or business. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
11. International Shipping
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for delivery options and costs. Be sure to include a complete shipping address, the product you wish to order and quantity you are interested in purchasing. International shipping can be very expensive. The customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and customs charges.
12. Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase on damaged products only. Refunds or exchanges for new, unused items returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type or exchanged accordingly. The original shipping charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
